Yes, you can order free fabric samples via email to get a better impression of the fabrics. Please use our Free Fabric Samples page for this purpose.

If you want a fixed rail and operation only from top to bottom, please choose the VcS1 model. If you prefer variable operation from bottom to top and top to bottom, please choose the VcS2 model.

Honeycomb pleated blinds are pleated blinds made of double fabric that resemble a honeycomb shape when viewed from the side. Honeycomb pleated blinds protect against sunlight and heat in the summer. The heat protection of a honeycomb pleated blind is achieved through a light-permeable thermal insulation layer. This allows daylight into the room while blocking the heat.

Transparent Fabrics: These fabrics are very thin and allow a lot of sunlight into the room, providing sufficient privacy during daylight. In darkness and with the light on, the living space is visible with this fabric. The higher the transmission value, the more light passes through the fabric.

Semi-Transparent Fabrics: These fabrics are more densely woven and allow more or less light into the room depending on the color design. In darkness and with the light on, the living space is only vaguely visible.

Blackout Fabrics: These fabrics are coated or made of multiple layers and do not allow any light into the living space. The blackout quality refers to the fabric quality on the sides, and light can enter through the string holes.

Our fabrics are generally washable by hand at up to 30 degrees. Please refer to the product's detailed description for more information.

Our pleated blinds are custom-made to work best with as accurate measurements as possible. Please measure carefully.

Each order includes a suitable installation guide. Additionally, you can find an installation guide as a PDF file on every product detail page.

Check the installation guide to determine which installation part is needed for the pleated blind you ordered (VcS1, VcS2). Use our contact form or our free hotline, provide your order number, and describe as accurately as possible which parts you still need. We are happy to assist you.

The shipping of your ordered pleated blinds is done via DHL. Please refer to our shipping notes.

Your order is immediately sent to our own production upon receipt of payment. After approximately 12 - 15 business days, the finished pleated blinds are dispatched. They will then arrive at your location in about 1-3 business days.

*In exceptional cases (summer season & promotions), production times may be extended by an additional approximately 12 - 15 days. We apologize for this.

Shipping to parcel stations is unfortunately not possible due to the size of the packages.

Shipping is free for you within Germany for an order value of €40 and above. Please refer to our shipping notes for costs to Austria.

Our pleated blinds are manufactured with millimeter precision and undergo multiple quality checks. Should any issues arise, please contact us via email with your order number.
